What is Maptimal?
Maptimal is a Google Maps and AI Overview optimisation service for local businesses. Its aim is for a business to win both the map results and the AI answer when someone searches for a local service.
James Dooley co-founded Maptimal in October 2026 with Paul Truscott and Peter Jones. It is a brand rather than a separate registered company, and James Dooley holds his interest through Dooley Investments Ltd.
