There will be a few roles available including: AI Developer AI Prompt Engineer AI Mentor I want to trial 10x paid roles with the opportunity for some to become business partners and open up joint ventures with. I am inundated with ideas and execution is supposed to be the easy part now with AI so I want to see how hard and fast I can push with these ideas. Plus we work closely with hundreds of clients who need systems and processes that embrace artificial intelligence so I could recommend them to speak with an AI mentor to open their mindset on things which can be achieved. I do not know, what I do not know. So using this mentality is why I want to scale aggressively with some AI Automation Experts who can turn my ideas into completed tasks. How to Apply I’m opening up a limited number of spots for people who want to prove what they can actually do with AI. This is less of a “job” and more of an opportunity to build a reputation. If you’re someone experimenting with tools like Claude and you know you’re ahead of the curve, this gives you a place to showcase that properly. Here’s how it works. You’ll be given a clear outcome to achieve across real business projects. Your role is to deliver the result using AI — end to end. But the key part is this: Alongside the completed task, you’ll record a 10–15 minute breakdown explaining exactly how you did it. Not surface-level. Actual thinking, structure, iterations, decisions. How you approached the problem How you used Claude How you refined outputs What didn’t work What you’d improve next time This isn’t just about getting things done. It’s about showing how you think. For the right people, this becomes a body of work. We run a growing podcast network and content platform, and standout operators will get the chance to: Be featured breaking down their systems Build visibility around their work Position themselves as someone who actually knows how to execute with AI On our side, yes — there are a lot of projects to move forward. But more importantly, I want to understand what’s truly possible at execution level, and learn directly from people who are doing it well. Second Example Part-Time Opportunity: AI Project Partner I’m looking to bring on five part-time AI Project Partners to help me move faster across a range of business and creative projects. The role is simple in principle. I give you the end goal, and you use Claude to help complete the task to a high standard. What makes this role different is that I don’t just want the finished outcome. I also want to understand the process behind it. For each task, I’d like you to: • complete the task• send over the finished result• include a 10 to 15 minute walkthrough explaining how you approached it, how you used Claude, what prompts or systems you used, and what can be learned from the process The reason for this is simple. I want things done for me, but I also want to be learning as we go. I’m building fast, I have a lot of ideas and projects to complete, and I want people around me who can both execute and help expand the way I think. In many ways, this is more than just a task role. I’m looking for people who can become genuine AI partners. People who can take an objective, figure out the best route, deliver the result, and teach me something I may not have even considered. I see myself as the visionary, and I want to work with people who can help turn ideas into finished outputs while also feeding back the “how” so my own thought flywheel keeps improving. This is a paid part-time role with a strong hourly rate.
